Eve Pearlstein Fisher

Eve Pearlstein Fisher, age 84, joined her family in Heaven on Monday, March 15, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Morris and Frieda Pearlstein and the widow of the late Marshall B. Fisher. Eve was a graduate of the University of Florida and taught High School Biology in Miami, FL. She was a captivating teacher and at times taught up to 250 biology students at a time in an auditorium. She was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside and had many friends who loved her. She is survived by her grandson, Jacob Benjamin Schwartz of IO, her close companion and special friend, Wayne Paul Liles and her fur baby, Buddy. In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her daughter, Jill Lynn Fisher and a brother, David Pearlstein. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, March 22, 2021 at Lou Pollock Memorial Park, N. Louisiana Avenue, Asheville, NC, with Rabbi Wolf Alterman officiating.
